This is a two-day ride around the Ise-Shima National Park. The scenery is often stunning. Day 1 starts in Ise City and heads south around Ago Bay. Almost all of the route is on good asphalt, but there is a short section of gravel around the 26k point. One kilometre of this is not rideable, so you need to push the bike. This can be avoided by staying on Route 128.

At Wago, you take your bike on the regular ferry across Ago Bay to Misaki, and then continue west along the coast to Kihoku where there are several guesthouses.

Day 2 returns to Ise City through the hills.

Accommodation:

Ise: Ise Guest House Kazami - stylish hostel with comfortable rooms and dorms

Kihoku: Momotaro (桃太郎) - minshuku with onsen; good dinner included, but some rooms are smoky
