1. Friday Morning Brick Ride+Run - early morning bike hill repeats followed by run around the Palace.
2. Ikego Track Training Sessions (Zushi) - TnT members living in the Zushi area meet irregularly for a track session. Use the Contact Us page for more information. You can find out if the track is free by checking the online schedule.
3. Namban Training Sessions - become a member of Namban Rengo international running club and you can join their Wednesday track intervals and Saturday hill repeats.

4. Parkrun - Parkrun is a weekly 5k timed run held in parks and public spaces around the world. For more information about Parkrun in Japan, including how to register and get your personal timing barcode, click here.
5. The Monthly Marathons (Kanagawa) - regular running events organised by "Kanagawa Running Centre". There are 4 distances: 1km, 3km, 5km, 10km. You can do all four events to complete the longest distance of 19km (20km in Yokohama). 1,500 yen paid on the day for first timers, 1,000 yen each time thereafter. There are three events: the Shonan Monthly Marathon along the coastal path from Enoshima to Chigasaki; the Yokohama Monthly Marathon in Shin-Yokohama Park behind Yokohama Arena; the Kawasaki Monthly Marathon (English pamphlet) on Furuichiba cinder track by the Tama River. All events have English information.
6. Akabane Trial - another regular timed running event near Shin-Arakawa Ohashi bridge. There are various distances up to full marathon, all run on a 2.5 km course. Entry is up to 10 days before on Sports Entry.
