Dec 2, 2025 - Suwako Triathlon will be held on June 28, 2026. Entries for this middle-distance race in the Yatsu-ga-dake mountains of Nagano open on Dec 15.
Sept 24, 2025 - Yokohama Triathlon will be held on May 17, 2026; entries open October 8th, first come, first served.
Sept 13, 2025 - The 1st Fun Triathlon Camp in Kashiwazaki will be held on October 25-26, 2025 at Ishiji Beach on the Japan Sea coast of Niigata Prefecture. It is being organised by Triathlon in Tokyo and several other clubs.
Sept 4, 2025 - Zushi Beach Aquathlon (Oct 3, Sat) - aquathlon and OWS races on the next-door beach to Hayama; entries open until Sept 15.

Who We Are
Who We Are
Triathlon in Tokyo (TnT) is a group of amateur multisport athletes based in and around Tokyo. We take part in everything from sprint through to iron-distance triathlon, as well as duathlon, aquathon, and swimrun. We have no formal structure, meetings, or meets; instead we organise informal training sessions through our members-only forum and various LINE groups. We do, however, have a team uniform which is available through the World Triathlon Store, along with a range of team wear. We also receive discounts and support from our sponsors listed below.
TnT welcomes athletes of all abilities, from complete beginners to veterans. Many new members have progressed rapidly from their first Olympic distance triathlon to full Ironman in just one or two years. Members have competed at the ITU Age Group World Championships and the legendary Kona Ironman Worlds. If you are interested in joining us, membership for one year is just 4,000 yen which includes a TnT swim cap. Please get in touch through the contact page.
