Cycle Routes in Tokyo

1. Arakawa - Mt Dodaira

Adachi Ward - Arakawa River - Mt. Dodaira - Arakawa River - Adachi (170 km out and back, riverside path and road)

An out-and-back ride from central Tokyo, along the Arakawa riverside path, and up to the Mt. Dodaira Observatory. Parts of the outward course follow the less-used eastern side of the Arakawa.

3. Oi-Futo Loop

On Sundays, the area is closed for business which makes it perfect for doing TT laps. One lap is about 25km so you can do as many as you want (the GPX file is for the first 2 laps).
