Oct 16, 2024 - Ecomarathon has two events this year near Lake Saiko, Saitama: Oct 27 and Dec 29.  The theme is, "Protect the environment, train your body and run an ecomarathon!"  There will be a 10k and a half marathon.　

Sept 26, 2024 - Yokohama triathlon 2025 will be on May 18th; entries open on October 24 (first come, first served)

July 31, 2024 - Zushi Beach aquathlon will be held on Saturday, October 12th. There are various OWS and aquathlon events, with the longest being a 1500 m swim followed by a 3 km beach run.

July 3, 2024 - Ironman 70.3 Atsumi, Aichi Prefecture to return June 6-8, 2025 (tentative dates). Press conference here.

June 25, 2024 - Triathlon in Tokyo is now part of the JTU  Club Support Program. We were the featured club on the Lumina Facebook page today.

May 14, 2024 - There will be a new middle-distance race in Okinawa on Nov 17. As yet, the only information is on Instagram.

Who We Are

Triathlon in Tokyo (TnT) is a group of amateur multisport athletes based in and around Tokyo. We take part in everything from sprint through to iron-distance triathlon, as well as duathlon, aquathon, and swimrun. We have no formal structure, meetings, or meets; instead we organise informal training sessions through our members-only forum and various LINE groups. We do, however, have a team uniform which is available through the World Triathlon Store, along with a range of team wear.  We also receive discounts and support from our sponsors listed below.

TnT welcomes athletes of all abilities, from complete beginners to veterans. Many new members have progressed rapidly from their first Olympic distance triathlon to full Ironman in just one or two years. Members have competed at the ITU Age Group World Championships and the legendary Kona Ironman Worlds. If you are interested in joining us, please get in touch through the contact page.
