Apr 28, 2025 - Chiba City Triathlon (Mon, Oct 13 (public holiday)) - entries are now open for sprint and standard distance races
Mar 21, 2025 - Miyagi "Date-Tora" Triathlon (July 6) - entries now open for sprint, standard, and middle-distance races
Mar 19, 2025 - Murakami Triathlon (Sept 28) entries now open. Nice location, excellent bike course, and great local support - this has always been a popular race for TnT.
Feb 24, 2025 - Mt. Fuji Hill Climb entries are now open
Feb 13, 2025 - Yatsu-ga-dake Hill Climb cycle race (April 13) will be held for the first time since 2019.

Feb 5, 2025 - Triathlon in Tokyo has new club kit for 2025. Spanish company Austral is providing a full range of triathlon and running gear with our new design. More information here.
Jan 31, 2025 - Mt Fuji Triathlon (Sept 7) entries open on March 27.
Jan 31, 2025 - Niseko Classic cycle gran fondo (June 15); registration opens Feb 21. The 140 km race is part of the UCI World Gran Fondo Series.

Who We Are
Who We Are
Triathlon in Tokyo (TnT) is a group of amateur multisport athletes based in and around Tokyo. We take part in everything from sprint through to iron-distance triathlon, as well as duathlon, aquathon, and swimrun. We have no formal structure, meetings, or meets; instead we organise informal training sessions through our members-only forum and various LINE groups. We do, however, have a team uniform which is available through the World Triathlon Store, along with a range of team wear. We also receive discounts and support from our sponsors listed below.
TnT welcomes athletes of all abilities, from complete beginners to veterans. Many new members have progressed rapidly from their first Olympic distance triathlon to full Ironman in just one or two years. Members have competed at the ITU Age Group World Championships and the legendary Kona Ironman Worlds. If you are interested in joining us, please get in touch through the contact page.
